DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a dietary supplement, for one serving mix 1 scoop (approx. 7 g) into 250 to 300 ml cold water and shake or stir vigorously to dissolve. Consume at least one serving daily, ideally pre, intra, or immediately post-training. Alternatively, use as recommended by your nutritional advisor.
Please note – As powder densities can vary naturally from batch to batch and even scoop to scoop, a scoop is provided merely as a guide for serving size. Those wanting 100 % accuracy in serving weight should use a kitchen scale, as a scoop is a volumetric measure that is never a 100% accurate measure of powder weight.
